DO-NO-KAI MARTIAL ARTS TEMPLE Sifu Norma Lizbeth Pérez Meza Sifu Norma Lizbeth Pérez Meza Sifu Liz Pérez M holds the equivalent of a 1st Degree Black Belt in Tai Chi Chuan under Shihan Riddle. She started training in Tai Chi at the age of 18 and in 2006 received the Sifu title from Shihan Riddle. In 2007, Sifu Pérez became a Kundalini Yoga instructor recognized by KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) and IKITA (international kundalini yoga teachers association). Liz Pérez has a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine and works teaching Yoga in regular classes and courses.
