DO NO KAI MARTIAL ARTS TEMPLE Sensei Oscar I. Pérez Ruiz Sensei Oscar I. Pérez Ruiz Sensei Pérez is a 1st degree Black Belt in Zen Bei Koku Bushikan Ju-jitsu Kai under Shihan Riddle. In 1999, at the age of 15, Sensei Pérez started training with his friends and brother. Sensei Oscar is an engineer in computer systems and is a teacher at the University of Chapala (ITS Chapala). He will shortly open a beginner's class of Wing Chun in Ajijic, a town near the Do No Kai Martial Arts Temple. Oscar also has a publicity business in Chapala, Ultraoscoli.
